Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
- Valid driver's license required for driving a company car
- Bilingual preferred

Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow the proven house cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Receive tips and additional earnings based on service quality
- For team leads, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company vehicle is properly stocked with supplies
- Support the team by working collaboratively to meet cleaning appointments
