Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4 pm
- Ability to communicate with clients, bilingual preferred
- Valid driver’s license required to drive company car and earn additional income
Job Qualifications
- No previous cleaning experience required
- Valid driver’s license preferred for team lead positions
- Ability to work Monday through Friday during daytime hours
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Bilingual skills preferred
- Basic maintenance skills for equipment if team lead
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Manage the team's schedule and drive safely if team lead
- Maintain equipment and ensure vehicle is loaded with housekeeping supplies if team lead
- Follow the company's cleaning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Earn tips by providing excellent customer service
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
