Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7am to 4pm
- ability to communicate with clients, bilingual preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- no prior cleaning experience required
- ability to follow detailed processes and instructions
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
- physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
- valid driver's license for team lead or driving role
- bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow a proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- manage the team's schedule and drive safely (team lead role)
- maintain equipment and ensure the company car is stocked with necessary supplies (team lead role)
