Job Requirements
- Ability to drive to various job sites
- Must be able to handle physical demands including lifting up to 20 pounds, climbing stairs with equipment, and performing wet and dry cleaning work involving bending, kneeling, and reaching
- Valid driver's license and at least two years of driving experience
- Liability insurance on automobile
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Ability to pass criminal background, motor vehicle records checks, and drug screening
- Ability to tolerate contact with allergens such as pet hair, mold, dust, and cleaning chemicals
Job Qualifications
- Ability to differentiate and use various cleaning products correctly
- Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions on customized service reports
- Good communication skills to coordinate with Team Captain
- Ability to execute directives accurately
- Ability to work under physical demands consistently
- Experience in residential cleaning preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Use Merry Maids' cleaning products and procedures to clean and dust all areas including light fixtures, baseboards, and windowsills
- Clean, sanitize, and deodorize bathroom fixtures such as showers, tubs, toilets, sinks, mirrors, and vanities
- Clean kitchen appliances, counters, cabinets, tables, and chairs using approved methods
- Vacuum stairways and wash all hard surface floors thoroughly
- Move furniture as needed to clean under and behind
- Vacuum all upholstered furniture including under cushions
- Maintain cleaning equipment and assist in office upkeep
- Contribute positively to team environment and attend monthly meetings
