Job Requirements
- Must be responsible, courteous, positive attitude, detail-oriented, honest, and friendly
- Proof of work eligibility or authorization
- Must have a valid Texas Drivers License and be able to drive company car
- Must be able to lift items up to 20 lbs
- Stand and bend during cleaning for extended time
- Bilingual is a plus
- Accountable for supplies, residence keys, files, and other personal information
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary
- Ability to learn professional cleaning and customer service skills on the job
- Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work Monday through Friday with weekends off
- Valid Texas Drivers License and ability to drive company car
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Provide professional house cleaning services that meet green certification standards
- Deliver high levels of detail and customer satisfaction
- Use company-provided cars to travel to customer locations
- Maintain accountability for cleaning supplies, residence keys, and customer files
- Collaborate with team members to promote a positive work environment
- Stand and bend for extended periods while performing cleaning tasks
- Follow safety procedures when handling non-toxic cleaning supplies and equipment
