Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Physical ability to perform hands-on cleaning tasks including bending, lifting, kneeling, and scrubbing
- Comfortable driving between client homes
- Willingness to perform physically active work throughout the day
- Ability to follow established routines and meet quality standards
- Completion of background screening as required by law
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous residential cleaning experience is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail

- Valid driver’s license and comfortable driving between homes

Job Duties
- Providing top-to-bottom cleaning of residential homes
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, and detailed areas
- Using specific tools and products safely and correctly
- Following clear routines and quality standards
- Communicating professionally with clients and the home office
- Leaving each home feeling calm, cared for, and complete
