Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work flexible weekday shifts from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Ability to travel between client locations independently
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in home health aide, hospitality, caretaking, carpet cleaning, general labor, waiter, or hotel housekeeping encouraged
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to work flexible shifts Monday through Friday between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Desire and motivation to grow within the company and take on leadership roles
Job Duties
- Perform routine residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom cleaning
- Deep clean homes as assigned including kitchens, appliances, blinds, and baseboards
- Travel to client properties using personal vehicle to deliver scheduled cleaning services
- Use company-provided cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards
- Maintain a meticulous eye for detail ensuring every corner and surface meets expectations
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Participate in company training to uphold safety standards and improve cleaning techniques
