Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Must be 21 or older
- Reliable phone
- Ability to perform physical cleaning duties including lifting up to 20 lbs, bending, kneeling
- Willingness to submit to criminal and background check
- Ability to drive to and from service locations
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Hard work and motivation
- Ability to work in a team

Job Duties
- Clean reachable areas in houses or businesses using a two-step ladder as needed
- Lift, bend, kneel and perform a variety of cleaning tasks throughout the day
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of equipment at all times
- Travel to clients' locations based on schedule
- Provide detailed cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens
- Work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Follow guidelines to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction
