Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum three years of customer service experience
- experience with multi-line telephone systems preferred
- ability to work flexible hours as needed
- must pass background checks including fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, and employment references
- strong organizational skills
- ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- basic computer skills
- excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Qualifications
- High school graduate
- three or more years of proven work experience in customer service, preferably as a concierge or front desk role
- multi-line telephone console experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- proven ability to train and lead team members
- familiarity with emergency response protocols
- proficiency in administrative support tasks
- excellent interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Performs receptionist duties in Sur and Norte lobbies as assigned
- trains all reception new hires on policies and procedures
- reviews receptionist duties with reception staff regularly to ensure appropriate training
- trains reception staff on new procedures or policies
- assists Director with scheduling of reception staff
- answers phones, greets residents and visitors, registers visitors, monitors lobby security
- monitors annunciator panels for emergencies and fire alarms and responds quickly according to policies
- monitors and updates SARA system and maintains supplies
- produces daily PET pendant low battery reports and follows up with residents
- facilitates annual PET pendant testing
- maintains Resident Face Sheet Binder
- provides guest unit reservations, registration, and check-out
- maintains resident census reports
- coordinates information distribution between reception desk and departments
- posts emergency information on Touchtown
- dispatches and coordinates drivers to meet transportation needs including resident appointments and outings
- plans, coordinates, and resolves resident pick-up and drop-off issues
- contacts residents about transportation and recommends alternatives
- responds proactively to residents' concerns
- enters client booking details into the dispatch system
- ensures residents who need escorts have escorts
- assists with input of resident billing information
- interacts professionally with residents
- assists Director of Administrative Services with projects
- maintains contact lists and distributes as appropriate
- manages supplies and service calls for office equipment
- supports facility operations and participates in community activities
