Job Requirements

  • High school graduate
  • Three or more years of proven work experience in a customer service position, preferably as a concierge or front desk role
  • Multi-line telephone console experience strongly preferred
  • Ability to pass background checks including fitness for duty physical, fingerprinting, and employment references
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Commitment to maintaining high professional standards

Job Qualifications

  • High school graduate
  • Three or more years of proven work experience in a customer service position
  • Experience as a concierge, front desk, or related position preferred
  • Strong familiarity with multi-line telephone console systems
  • Ability to effectively train and lead reception staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in coordinating logistics and managing emergency response systems
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Perform receptionist duties in Sur and Norte lobbies
  • Train all reception new hires on policies and procedures
  • Review receptionist duties with reception staff regularly to ensure appropriate training
  • Train reception staff on any new procedures or policies
  • Assist Director with scheduling of reception staff
  • Answer phones, greet visitors and residents, register visitors, monitor lobby security
  • Monitor annunciator panels for emergencies and fire alarms and respond promptly
  • Update and maintain SARA (PET alarm) system and supplies
  • Produce daily PET pendant low battery reports and coordinate replacements
  • Facilitate annual PET pendant testing
  • Maintain Resident Face Sheet Binder
  • Manage guest unit reservations, registration, and check out
  • Keep monthly guest room spreadsheet and report to accounting and Executive Director
  • Maintain resident census reports
  • Coordinate information distribution between reception and departments
  • Post emergency information on Touchtown
  • Dispatch and coordinate multiple drivers for transportation needs
  • Plan and resolve resident pick-up and drop-off logistics
  • Contact residents regarding transportation issues and recommend alternatives
  • Ensure residents who require escorts have escorts
  • Assist with timely input of resident billing information
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Administrative Services
  • Maintain contact lists and distribute as appropriate
  • Maintain supplies and coordinate service calls for office equipment
  • Participate in relevant facility activities
  • Project a professional customer service demeanor at all times
