Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in customer service, phone etiquette and time management
- Preferred one year of concierge experience
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate
- Availability to work 8 hour shifts including weekends
- Willingness to work night shifts preferred
- In person work location
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability
- Hospitality expertise
- Knowledge of local area services
- At least one year of experience in customer service, phone etiquette, and time management
- Preferred concierge experience
- Minimum three years in hospitality, customer service, and security fields
Job Duties
- Attend to residents requests and needs in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
- Deal professionally with guest inquiries
- Effectively solve problems and respond appropriately to complaints
- Assist residents with outstanding customer service
- Maintain knowledge of local area services to provide accurate information
- Facilitate reservations and special requests
- Support security protocols and ensure resident safety
