Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- At least 1 year of phone etiquette experience
- At least 1 year of time management experience
- Ability to commute or plan to relocate
- Experience in hospitality preferred
- Concierge experience preferred
- Willingness to work weekends
