Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Proficiency in phone etiquette
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Reliable commute or willingness to relocate to West New York NJ
- Availability to work flexible shifts including day, night, and overnight
- Strong interpersonal skills
