Job Requirements
- At least one year of customer service experience
- At least one year of phone etiquette experience
- At least one year of time management experience
- Ability to commute or relocate to West New York, NJ
- Availability for full-time or part-time shifts
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work day, night, or overnight shifts
