Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to relate well to residents including the emotionally upset
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the public
- Ability to report to work regularly and promptly
- Ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary
- Excellent customer service skills and effective phone communication skills
- Ability to monitor and respond to email, troubleshoot minor resident technical issues, update daily schedules and create sign-ups
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Responds to resident and visitor requests courteously and efficiently
- Provides concierge services including dinner and transportation reservations
- Ensures safety and security by monitoring community access
- Serves as First Responder to emergency call systems
- Conducts administrative tasks such as maintaining records and financial transactions
- Supports Administrative Assistant and Executive Director
- Maintains cleanliness and professional appearance of lobby and public areas
