Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to relate well to residents including the emotionally upset
  • Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the public
  • Ability to report to work regularly and promptly
  • Ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective phone communication skills
  • Ability to monitor and respond to email, troubleshoot minor resident technical issues, update daily schedules and create sign-ups
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Responds to resident and visitor requests courteously and efficiently
  • Provides concierge services including dinner and transportation reservations
  • Ensures safety and security by monitoring community access
  • Serves as First Responder to emergency call systems
  • Conducts administrative tasks such as maintaining records and financial transactions
  • Supports Administrative Assistant and Executive Director
  • Maintains cleanliness and professional appearance of lobby and public areas
