Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to relate well to all residents, including the emotionally upset
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the public
- Ability to report to work regularly and promptly
- Ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary
- Excellent customer service skills and effective phone communication skills
- Ability to monitor and respond to email
- Ability to troubleshoot minor resident technical issues
- Ability to update daily schedules and create sign-ups
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Respond to resident, prospective resident, visitor, and vendor inquiries courteously and efficiently
- Facilitate concierge services including dinner reservations, transportation, housekeeping, and room reservations
- Receive, store, and retrieve packages for residents
- Monitor and ensure safety and security by tracking entry and exit of individuals
- Assist with training new security personnel and perform security duties such as property patrol and emergency response
- Maintain records of resident vehicles, deliveries, guest preferences, and service providers
- Serve as first responder to emergency calls and respond promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of lobby and public areas
- Provide administrative support to Administrative Assistant and Executive Director
- Complete financial and petty cash transactions
