Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the public
- Ability to report to work regularly and promptly
- Ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary
- Excellent customer service skills and effective phone communication skills
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications

- Excellent customer service skills and effective phone communication skills
- Ability to monitor and respond to email, troubleshoot minor resident technical issues, update daily schedules, and create sign-ups
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite
Job Duties
- Performs job functions in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the Loomis Communities
- Adheres to The Loomis Communities Compliance and Ethics Program
- Demonstrates an awareness of, a respect for and attention to the diversity of the people with whom they interact
- Assists residents and their guests in a courteous and efficient manner
- Provides concierge services to residents and visitors including dinner reservations, transportation services, housekeeping, room reservations, and package management
- Helps residents resolve housekeeping and maintenance issues
- Ensures the safety and security of the community by monitoring entrances and exits and approving non-resident access
- Assists with training new security personnel
- Performs assigned security duties such as property patrol and emergency response
- Maintains records of resident vehicles, phone numbers, deliveries, frequent guests, preferences and service providers
- Serves as first responder to emergency calls for independent living
- Maintains the appearance and orderliness of lobby and public areas
- Provides administrative support to Administrative Assistant and Executive Director
- Completes financial and petty cash transactions
