Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous customer service experience
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- ability to relate well to all residents, including the emotionally upset
- ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public
- ability to report to work regularly and promptly
- ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary
- excellent customer service skills

- ability to monitor and respond to email
- ability to troubleshoot minor resident technical issues
- ability to update daily schedules and create sign-ups

Job Duties
- Perform job functions consistent with the mission and goals of Loomis Communities
- adhere to compliance and ethics programs
- assist residents and guests courteously and efficiently
- provide concierge services including dinner reservations, transportation, housekeeping coordination, and package management
- ensure community safety and security by monitoring property access and supporting security personnel
- serve as the first responder to emergency calls in independent living
- maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of lobby and public areas
- provide administrative support including financial transactions and record keeping
