Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • previous customer service experience
  • ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • ability to read, write, and speak English
  • ability to relate well to all residents, including the emotionally upset
  • ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public

Job Duties

  • Perform job functions consistent with the mission and goals of Loomis Communities
  • adhere to compliance and ethics programs
  • assist residents and guests courteously and efficiently
  • provide concierge services including dinner reservations, transportation, housekeeping coordination, and package management
  • ensure community safety and security by monitoring property access and supporting security personnel
  • serve as the first responder to emergency calls in independent living
  • maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of lobby and public areas
  • provide administrative support including financial transactions and record keeping
