Job Duties
- Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism accommodating special requests whenever possible
- resolve complaints
- assist residences in all inquiries regarding residential and hotel services hours of operation key personnel etc
- respond to all requests in an accurate and timely manner
- process packages faxes messages and mail both incoming and outgoing accurately and timely
- assure information for restaurants museums attractions maps and other local attractions are updated and current
- greet residences and their guests in an efficient and friendly manner using names whenever possible
- personally escort guests if other staff are not available
