Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective phone communication skills
- Ability to work Friday and Saturday 12am to 8am shifts
- Ability to respond to emergency calls
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to report to work regularly and promptly
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Ability to relate well to residents, including those emotionally upset
- Tactful communication with personnel, residents, family members, visitors and the public
- Strong customer service and effective phone communication skills
- Ability to monitor and respond to email
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary
Job Duties
- Respond to resident, prospective resident, visitor and vendor inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide concierge services including dinner reservations, transportation, housekeeping coordination, and package management
- Maintain security by monitoring property access and verifying visitor approvals
- Serve as a first responder to emergency calls and assist with safety protocols
- Support administrative tasks such as record keeping for resident vehicles, deliveries, and guest information
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of lobby and public areas
- Assist Administrative Assistant and Executive Director with financial transactions and administrative support
