Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous customer service experience
- ability to apply common sense understanding to instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- ability to read, write, and speak English
- ability to relate well to all residents including the emotionally upset
- ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public
- ability to report to work regularly and promptly
- ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary
- excellent customer service skills and effective phone communication skills
- ability to monitor and respond to email
- ability to troubleshoot minor resident technical issues
- ability to update daily schedules
- ability to create sign-ups
- ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- Perform job functions consistent with the mission and goals of Loomis Communities
- demonstrate awareness and respect for diversity in interactions
- assist residents and guests efficiently with reservations, transportation, housekeeping, and package handling
- ensure safety and security by monitoring community access and authorizing non-resident entry
- assist with training new security personnel
- perform security duties including patrols and emergency reporting
- serve as First Responder to emergency call system
- maintain lobby and public area cleanliness
- provide administrative support including financial transactions
- maintain records of resident preferences and information
