Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • previous customer service experience preferred
  • ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables
  • ability to read, write and speak English
  • ability to relate well to all residents
  • ability to deal tactfully with personnel and public
  • ability to report to work regularly and promptly
  • ability to work beyond normal hours
  • excellent customer service and phone communication skills
  • ability to monitor and respond to email
  • ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues
  • ability to update schedules and create sign-ups
  • ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • performs job functions consistent with mission and goals of Loomis Communities
  • adheres to compliance and ethics program
  • assists residents and guests courteously and efficiently
  • provides concierge services including reservations and transportation
  • ensures safety and security of community
  • assists in training new security personnel
  • performs security duties such as patrol and emergency calls
  • serves as first responder to emergency call system
  • maintains lobby and public areas neat and orderly
  • provides administrative support and completes financial transactions
