Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- previous customer service experience preferred
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- ability to deal with problems involving concrete variables
- ability to read, write and speak English
- ability to relate well to all residents
- ability to deal tactfully with personnel and public
- ability to report to work regularly and promptly
- ability to work beyond normal hours
- excellent customer service and phone communication skills
- ability to monitor and respond to email
- ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues
- ability to update schedules and create sign-ups
- ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties
- performs job functions consistent with mission and goals of Loomis Communities
- adheres to compliance and ethics program
- assists residents and guests courteously and efficiently
- provides concierge services including reservations and transportation
- ensures safety and security of community
- assists in training new security personnel
- performs security duties such as patrol and emergency calls
- serves as first responder to emergency call system
- maintains lobby and public areas neat and orderly
- provides administrative support and completes financial transactions
