Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to relate well to residents including emotionally upset individuals
- Ability to interact tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the public
- Ability to report to work regularly and promptly
- Ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary
- Excellent customer service and phone communication skills
- Ability to monitor and respond to email
- Ability to troubleshoot minor resident technical issues
- Ability to update schedules and create sign-ups
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED

Job Duties
- Perform job functions in alignment with mission and goals of Loomis Communities
- Adhere to compliance and ethics programs
- Assist residents and guests courteously and efficiently
- Provide services including dinner reservations, transportation, housekeeping, and package management
- Ensure safety and security by monitoring property access and approving non-residents
- Assist in training new security personnel
- Perform security duties such as property patrol and emergency response
- Serve as first responder to emergency calls
- Maintain neatness and order in public areas
- Support administrative tasks including financial transactions and assisting executive staff
