Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Excellent customer service skills and effective phone communication skills
  • Ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary
  • Ability to monitor and respond to email
  • Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to report to work regularly and promptly

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to monitor and respond to email and troubleshoot minor resident technical issues

Job Duties

  • Responds to resident, prospective resident, visitor, and vendor inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Provides concierge services including dinner reservations, transportation, housekeeping coordination, room reservations, and package management
  • Ensures safety and security by monitoring community entrances and exits and verifying visitor approvals
  • Patrols property, writes activity reports, and responds to emergencies as first responder
  • Supports administrative functions including record keeping for resident vehicles, deliveries, guest preferences, and assists with financial transactions
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of lobby and public areas
  • Assists with training new security personnel and serves as a liaison between residents and community departments
