Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service experience
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Excellent customer service skills and effective phone communication skills
- Ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary
- Ability to monitor and respond to email
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to report to work regularly and promptly

- Ability to monitor and respond to email and troubleshoot minor resident technical issues
Job Duties
- Responds to resident, prospective resident, visitor, and vendor inquiries promptly and courteously
- Provides concierge services including dinner reservations, transportation, housekeeping coordination, room reservations, and package management
- Ensures safety and security by monitoring community entrances and exits and verifying visitor approvals
- Patrols property, writes activity reports, and responds to emergencies as first responder
- Supports administrative functions including record keeping for resident vehicles, deliveries, guest preferences, and assists with financial transactions
- Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of lobby and public areas
- Assists with training new security personnel and serves as a liaison between residents and community departments
