Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • previous customer service experience
  • ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions
  • problem-solving skills for concrete standardized situations
  • proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking
  • ability to relate to and communicate tactfully with residents and others
  • punctuality and reliability
  • flexibility to work beyond normal hours
  • strong customer service and phone skills
  • ability to manage email and basic technical troubleshooting
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • previous customer service experience preferred

  • ability to relate well to emotionally upset residents

  • ability to update schedules and create sign-ups
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Duties

  • Performs job functions in line with the mission and goals of Loomis Communities
  • adheres to Loomis Communities Compliance and Ethics Program
  • demonstrates respect and attention to diversity in interactions
  • assists residents and guests with concierge services including reservations, transportation, and housekeeping
  • ensures safety and security by monitoring access and performing security duties
  • serves as first responder to emergency calls
  • maintains neat and orderly appearance of lobby and public areas
  • provides administrative support and handles financial transactions
