Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • one to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment
  • previous Four Seasons concierge experience preferred
  • proficiency with computer software including Outlook and MS Office
  • ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • excellent communication skills
  • fluency in English
  • flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • strong problem-solving skills
  • ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • one to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment
  • previous Four Seasons concierge experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • excellent customer satisfaction and people skills
  • troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
  • fluent in English
  • additional language is an asset
  • at least two years of post-secondary education preferred
  • excellent Excel, Word, and computer skills
  • experience with Outlook, MS Office, HotSOS, and Keytrack preferred
  • flexible schedule availability including weekends, holidays, evenings and occasional overnight
  • strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • ethical and moral approach to business conduct
  • ability to serve as a role model for others

Job Duties

  • respond to resident support needs with the highest level of timeliness, hospitality and professionalism
  • accommodate special requests and resolve resident complaints
  • assist residents with inquiries related to common area services and a la carte requests
  • ensure timely and quality completion of service requests through monitoring of HotSOS
  • process packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely
  • store and retrieve resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning, and flowers
  • coordinate with valet for vehicle retrieval
  • manage building and unit access for vendors, contractors, and visitors based on advanced authorization
  • verify identities and provide residence access
  • control entry doors and elevator/lift access
  • update and maintain information on vendors, restaurants, local businesses, and recreational activities
  • provide information and make arrangements for activities, transportation, ticketing, and reservations
  • utilize various software programs to input special arrangements and coordinate with service providers
  • monitor fire alarm panels and respond to emergencies
  • coordinate booking of service elevator and loading dock for move-ins and move-outs
  • assist Resident Service Attendants and Doorman as needed
  • ensure residential lobby cleanliness and tidiness
  • perform other tasks as assigned by management
