Job Duties
- Handles all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- resolves complaints
- assists residences in all inquiries in connection with residential and hotel services, hours of operations, key personnel, etc.
- responds to all requests in an accurate and timely manner
- processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner
- assures information for restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current
- knows what activities are available in the city and establishes close contacts with vendors to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for residences
- greets residences and their guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using names whenever possible
- personally escorts guests if other staff are not available
