Job Requirements

  • Previous residential services experience preferred
  • excellent communication skills including reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English
  • ability to communicate in Spanish strongly preferred
  • good computer skills with ability to use various software

Job Duties

  • Handle all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • resolve resident complaints
  • assist residents with inquiries related to residence, hotel, and resort services, hours of operation, personnel, and events
  • process incoming and outgoing packages, faxes, messages, and mail accurately and timely
  • coordinate with Valet parking staff for vehicle retrieval
  • conduct quarterly homeowner inventory for winter and summer equipment
  • coordinate homeowner events and newsletter communication
  • manage building and unit access with vendors, contractors, and service providers according to authorization
  • control entry doors and elevator access
  • maintain updated collateral and information regarding local vendors, attractions, and activities
  • update homeowner profiles with relevant information
  • utilize software to input special arrangements such as engineering and housekeeping requests
  • coordinate elevator bookings for move-in or move-out periods
  • comply with Four Seasons guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • support other Residential team members during absences or busy periods
  • collaborate with hotel staff to ensure smooth handling of resident deliveries and special requests
  • ensure cleanliness and tidiness of Residential Lobby and Common Areas
  • perform additional tasks or projects assigned by Residences Management
  • relieve other residential roles during meal periods and emergencies
