Job Requirements

previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required
good physical stamina including the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
adherence to all health and safety regulations while performing duties
valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
willingness to learn and grow with a supportive team

Job Duties

perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities including offices restrooms and common areas
utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness
dust mop sweep and vacuum floors as needed
clean and sanitize surfaces including desks countertops and fixtures
dispose of trash and recyclables according to established procedures
report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties
maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary
