Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- able to pass a background check
- must own a reliable vehicle
- availability Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM
- able to lift up to 20 pounds and physically perform cleaning tasks comfortably
- enjoy a physically active job
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cleaning experience preferred but not required
- trustworthy with the ability to pass background checks
- friendly and energetic demeanor
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- physically able to perform cleaning duties including lifting up to 20 lbs
Job Duties
- Perform residential cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- travel between job sites using personal vehicle
- manage time effectively to complete cleaning within scheduled hours
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- communicate professionally with clients and team members
- follow company policies and safety protocols
- report any issues or needs for supplies to management
