- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team
- Good physical stamina
- must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Must adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness
- Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors as needed
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and fixtures
- Dispose of trash and recyclables according to established procedures
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as necessary
