Job Requirements
- Prior experience in janitorial, porter, or general cleaning preferred
- Must be able to speak, write, and understand conversational English
- Must have a valid CA driver's license, personal transportation, and proof of insurance
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching
- Comfortable with indoor/outdoor exposure and working across multiple sites

- Familiarity with proper use of cleaning chemicals and tools

- Ability to work independently across multiple sites
- Basic verbal communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Comfortable with physical labor, including standing, walking, and lifting
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and support maintenance team at assigned properties
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, and mirrors
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common area surfaces
- Restock restroom and cleaning supplies
- Remove trash and recycling
- replace liners
- Maintain outdoor areas such as entryways, sidewalks, and parking lots
- Provide turnover support for vacant units
- Set up or break down rooms for meetings or events
- Deep clean carpets, upholstery, or drapery as needed
- Strip, wax, and buff floors using floor care machines
- Clean interior and exterior windows, including frames and sills
- Comply with all safety procedures when using cleaning supplies or equipment
- Report safety hazards, needed repairs, or damages to site supervisor
- Maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify team when restocking is needed
