Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak, write, and understand conversational English
- must have a valid CA driver’s license, personal transportation, and proof of insurance
- must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify used to confirm eligibility)
- must pass background check and drug screening
- prior experience in janitorial, porter, or general cleaning preferred
- ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- comfortable with indoor/outdoor exposure and multiple site work
- use of hands, vision, and hearing required for daily tasks

- ability to work independently across multiple sites
- basic verbal communication and customer service skills
- strong attention to detail
- time management and task prioritization skills
- knowledge of janitorial practices, equipment, and safety
- familiarity with proper use of cleaning chemicals and tools
- understanding of sanitation and disinfection protocols
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and support maintenance team at assigned properties
- sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- dust and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, and mirrors
- clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common area surfaces
- restock restroom and cleaning supplies
- remove trash and recycling, replace liners
- maintain outdoor areas such as entryways, sidewalks, and parking lots
- provide turnover support for vacant units
- set up or break down rooms for meetings or events
- deep clean carpets, upholstery, or drapery as needed
- strip, wax, and buff floors using floor care machines
- clean interior and exterior windows, including frames and sills
- comply with all safety procedures when using cleaning supplies or equipment
- report safety hazards, needed repairs, or damages to site supervisor
- maintain cleaning supply inventory and notify team when restocking is needed
