Job Requirements
- Must be in the greater Spokane and CDA area
- must have a reliable vehicle and valid drivers license
- must be able to consistently lift 20 lbs, bend, kneel, and twist
- must be willing to complete criminal and background check
- clean reachable areas in houses with use of a two-step ladder
- keep equipment clean and ready to use
- able to work with little supervision
- house cleaning experience minimum 1 year

Job Duties
- Conduct regular cleaning of assigned residential properties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and tidying up living spaces
- perform move in/move out/deep clean services of homes
- change linens, wash dishes, and do laundry as required
- use a range of cleaning supplies and equipment to perform cleaning tasks effectively
- inspect rooms for safety hazards and report any issues to the homeowner or company management
- replenish cleaning supplies as needed
- ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
- notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances
- deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
