Job Duties
- Provide bespoke guest experiences from pre-arrival to departure
- Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and support departments
- Proactively anticipate and fulfill guest needs
- Maintain professional appearance and communications
- Create a safe work environment and adhere to company policies
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Handle physical tasks including moving and lifting objects up to 50 pounds
