Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- six months related work experience
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- physical capability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance

Job Duties
- Provide bespoke experiences and services to guests during pre-arrival, check-in, stay, and departure
- coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and liaise with other hotel departments
- build rapport with guests and anticipate their needs proactively
- ensure guest services and operations meet the St. Regis standards
- create a safe work environment and follow company policies
- maintain professional appearance and communications
- perform hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 pounds
