Job Requirements
- College education
- 1 to 2 years as a Bell Attendant or Door Attendant for the Four Seasons or in the luxury hospitality industry preferred
- US work authorization required unless currently a Four Seasons manager
- Ability to work mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties
- Greets and assists residents and guests when they arrive
- Assist with delivering packages to residences
- Opens residence doors for all residents and guests and gives verbal welcome by name, assisting with groceries
- Provides residents and guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
- Handles all resident and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
- Resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with residence and hotel services
