Job Requirements

  • College education
  • 1 to 2 years as a Bell Attendant or Door Attendant for the Four Seasons or in the luxury hospitality industry preferred
  • US work authorization required unless currently a Four Seasons manager
  • Ability to work mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Duties

  • Greets and assists residents and guests when they arrive
  • Assist with delivering packages to residences
  • Opens residence doors for all residents and guests and gives verbal welcome by name, assisting with groceries
  • Provides residents and guests with directions, recommendations, and information about the city and its attractions
  • Handles all resident and guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible
  • Resolves customer complaints, assists customers in all inquiries in connection with residence and hotel services
