Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Effective communication skills
- Prior experience in mental health or drug and alcohol treatment setting preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated or have an approved exemption

Job Duties
- Monitor residents behavior
- Ensure a safe, harassment free atmosphere conducive to recovery
- Perform building checks for cleanliness and safety including all rooms
- Incident reporting including writing incident reports, reporting immediately to supervisor or program manager, and following Merakey policy
- Monitor residents while they take prescribed medication and report any issues to supervisor, following Merakey incident report policy
- Monitor assigned chores if applicable and ensure that general inspections are done properly
- Complete assigned trainings within mandated time frames
- Ensure nutritious meals are being served during shift if applicable
- Adhere to local procedures while performing duties
- May perform other duties as assigned
