Job Requirements

  • High school or GED required
  • Minimum of two years of work experience providing customer service preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must possess valid drivers' license with no convictions in the past 12 months
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office recommended
  • Must be able to work with ill, disabled elderly, emotionally upset and occasionally hostile people within the facility
  • Able to remain calm and respond appropriately and in a timely manner to emergencies

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of customer service experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with no convictions in past 12 months
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office recommended
  • Ability to work with ill, disabled elderly, emotionally upset and occasionally hostile individuals
  • Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately and timely to emergencies

Job Duties

  • Assist residents and guests by parking their cars in designated valet parking areas in a safe manner
  • Monitor emergency response system and conduct foot and vehicular patrols of all areas of the community regularly
  • Respond to emergencies as directed and render first aid/support, call 911 as needed
  • Complete parking ticket with vehicle information and return keys and valet copy to secure key box
  • Provide directions as requested
  • Assist team members at the Concierge Desk when needed
  • Provide transportation for residents, guests and associates as needed
  • Answer, screen and direct telephone calls as needed
  • Monitor fire alarm system and respond to alarms, notify proper team members and local fire department
  • Monitor CCTV system and authorize entry of individuals, notify department manager of questionable matters
  • Handle clerical and mail duties including package receipt and delivery, bus trip sign-ups and POS transactions
  • Report any damage observed on vehicles to designated manager
  • Maintain log of noteworthy events and keep other assigned records
  • Attend staff meetings as required
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Remain on post until properly relieved
  • Regulate and direct pedestrian and vehicular traffic as needed and enforce parking regulations
  • Prepare, stage and barricade parking areas for large events
  • Create and maintain work order data entry process in compliance with policy
  • Prepare required reports including daily activity, incident and follow-up reports
  • Perform other duties as assigned
