Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- previous experience in customer service preferred
- strong communication skills
- knowledge of Fair Housing guidelines
- proficiency in MS Office Suite
- ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- willingness to work occasional overtime and participate in on-call rotation
Job Qualifications
- High School or GED
- strong understanding of Fair Housing guidelines, policy and procedures, and leasing documents
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- intermediate computer technology skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite
- previous experience in a customer-facing or customer service role is a plus
Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resident requests and concerns
- provides effective customer service to all current residents and property staff by utilizing in-depth knowledge of the property and its functions
- assist with planning and implementation of special functions and resident activities
- communicate with residents regarding needs and follow up on completed service requests
- maintain accurate resident records including contact information and correspondence
- perform general office administrative duties including answering phones, emails, written correspondence, and managing incoming mail
- provide information and customer service to residents and applicants for housing program participation and compliance
- assist Renewal Specialist with renewal program where applicable
- perform other duties as assigned
