Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service or related experience in resident and community relations preferred
- available to work evenings and weekends
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills
- strong computer skills
- physical ability to perform job duties including standing, walking, climbing, stooping, squatting, and lifting up to 20 pounds
- ability to work in varied weather conditions
- adherence to company culture and core values
Job Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer service or related experience in an environment involving resident and community relations preferred
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- enjoy and take pride in providing excellent service
- high-energy and great with people in person and on the phone
- excellent verbal, written and computer skills
- strong database management skills preferred
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- demonstrate a positive, professional, and client-oriented attitude with team members, residents, clients and the public
- answer incoming phone calls professionally and handle accordingly
- serve as liaison for Community Manager with residents, guarantors, and property vendors
- ensure tenants are provided a clean, safe, and well-maintained community
- work with residents to ensure positive tenant and community relations
- utilize Cardinal leasing expectations and procedures to greet prospective clients, qualify, determine needs and preferences, present the property and apartment homes, utilize feature/benefit selling, close the sale and follow-up
- complete lease applications and participate in verification of applications
- oversee execution of renewal campaigns and update renewal progress reports
- assist the Leasing and Marketing Team Lead in planning and executing resident events
- maintain accurate client records and update reports
- maintain and perform upkeep of the tour route for curb appeal
- assist residents with daily tasks as part of the concierge program
- participate in Cardinal U training as required
