Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or comparable degree
  • Minimum 1 year of property management experience
  • Ability to work full shifts on-site including evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Capacity to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Proficiency in Office Products and operating systems
  • Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
  • Availability to assist with move-ins and move-outs beyond normal hours

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or comparable degree
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Minimum 1 year of property management experience
  • Proficient in Office Products and Windows and Apple operating systems
  • Experience in student housing is a plus
  • Experience with Entrata software is advantageous

Job Duties

  • Managing all disputes between roommates
  • Handling of all resident replacements/relets
  • Manages resident's and guarantor's concerns to minimize escalation
  • Responsible for customer service regarding questions/concerns
  • Collaborate regularly with Maintenance and Property Managers on issues and updates
  • Create and execute quarterly Reputation Management Plans
  • Oversee resident surveys and focus groups to gather feedback
  • Conduct minimum 10 resident experience calls per week
  • Support marketing and leasing operations including tours and follow-up
  • Plan and perform marketing duties and tenant events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Uphold brand and company standards
  • Collaborate on special projects and complete HR-related tasks
  • Work full shift on-site, including evenings and weekends
  • Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal hours
  • Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds as required
