Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or comparable degree
  • Minimum 1 year of property management experience
  • Proficient in Office products and Windows and Apple operating systems
  • Ability to work full shift on-site
  • Availability for additional hours including evenings, weekends, and overtime
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and resident satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Minimum 1 year of property management experience
  • Proficient in Office products and Windows and Apple operating systems
  • Experience with Entrata software preferred
  • Experience in student housing preferred

Job Duties

  • Managing all disputes between roommates
  • Handling of all resident replacements/relets
  • Manages resident and guarantor concerns to minimize escalation
  • Responsible for customer service regarding questions and concerns
  • Collaborates with maintenance and property manager on issues and work order updates
  • Work with Director of Sales and Reputation Management to meet goals
  • Create and execute quarterly Reputation Management Plans
  • Oversee resident surveys and focus groups to gather feedback
  • Formulate action strategies based on focus group feedback
  • Conduct resident experience calls (minimum 10 per week)
  • Provide support in marketing and leasing operations including tours
  • Plan, implement, and perform marketing duties and tenant events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and requirements
  • Uphold brand and company standards in property presentation
  • Collaborate with Property Manager on special projects
  • Complete HR and People Operations tasks
  • Work full shift on-site with flexibility for overtime
  • Assist with move-outs, turns, and move-ins beyond normal hours
  • Lift and move objects up to 50 pounds regularly
