Job Requirements
- 1-2 years of service experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work weekends from 9am to 6pm
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined spaces
- Ability to work in all weather conditions including rain, snow, heat, hail, wind and sleet
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to travel occasionally
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of service or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle resident conflicts professionally
- Basic knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate events
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and carry moderate weights
Job Duties
- Coordinate all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property and assisting with utility setup and package management
- Develop and publish property newsletters featuring planned events, resident services, and advertisements
- Handle resident issues including neighbor disputes, maintenance repair requests, and resident requests, preparing incident reports per company standards
- Schedule activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintain rental contracts, collect fees, and ensure guest suites are ready with amenities such as movie rentals, books, and games
- Process work orders for the maintenance department ensuring timely completion and follow up with residents for satisfaction
- Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and report repair needs to maintenance
- Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
