Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in property management or servicing roles
- Experience with move-ins, leasing, or lease-up
- Weekend availability from 9am to 6pm
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle resident issues and coordinate activities
- Competency in clerical and administrative support tasks
Job Qualifications

- 1-2 years of servicing experience in property management or related field
- Experience handling move-ins, leasing, or lease-up processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage resident relations effectively
- Proficiency in basic clerical and administrative tasks
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
Job Duties
- Coordinate all resident functions and activities including orienting residents to the property
- Assist with utility set-up and delivery of packages and package claim reminders
- Develop and publish property newsletter including planned events, resident services, and advertisements
- Handle resident issues including neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests
- Prepare incident reports pertaining specifically to resident issues in accordance with company standards
- Schedule activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintain contracts, and collect applicable fees
- Ensure guest suites are in rental condition and provide additional amenities such as movie rentals, books, and games
- Process work orders for the maintenance department, ensure timely and accurate completion, and follow up with residents for satisfaction
- Prepare weekly maintenance reports to verify completion of resident requests
- Inspect building and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and alert maintenance of repairs needed
- Support office staff with clerical duties including answering phone calls, filing, processing property invoices, and lease paperwork as assigned
