Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in property management or customer service preferred
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, carry, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
  • Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call
  • Ability to travel occasionally for training or assistance as needed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in property management or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and property management software
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Coordinate all resident functions and activities including orienting residents and assisting with utility setup
  • Develop and publish property newsletters including planned events, resident services, and advertisements
  • Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests, prepare incident reports
  • Schedule activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintain contracts, and collect fees
  • Ensure guestsuites are in rental condition and provide amenities to residents
  • Process maintenance work orders timely and accurately, verify resident satisfaction
  • Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and report repair needs
