Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, carry, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds independently and 50 pounds with assistance
- Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call
- Ability to travel occasionally for training or assistance as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and property management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Coordinate all resident functions and activities including orienting residents and assisting with utility setup
- Develop and publish property newsletters including planned events, resident services, and advertisements
- Handle resident issues such as neighbor disputes, maintenance repairs, and resident requests, prepare incident reports
- Schedule activity center or clubhouse rentals, maintain contracts, and collect fees
- Ensure guestsuites are in rental condition and provide amenities to residents
- Process maintenance work orders timely and accurately, verify resident satisfaction
- Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness and report repair needs
