Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year of relevant experience in leasing or customer service
- Ability to read and write English
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Capability to perform basic arithmetic
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift objects up to 30 pounds
- Compliance with all community policies and Fair Housing regulations
- Willingness to complete required training sessions
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-1 year of multi-family leasing or customer service experience
- Ability to communicate clearly in English both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications
- Capable of performing group presentations and writing reports
- Able to perform basic arithmetic calculations
- Experience operating standard office equipment
- Ability to occasionally operate motorized vehicles
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks
Job Duties
- Communicates with residents to ensure awareness of community services and renovation updates
- Responds to resident requests and resolves complaints efficiently
- Coordinates service issues with maintenance, concierge, leasing, and management staff
- Implements AvalonBay policies and ensures regulatory compliance
- Maintains adherence to Fair Housing laws
- Follows up to confirm issue resolution
- Performs other tasks as assigned by management
