Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
  • Ability to pass fair housing exam
  • Relevant experience in property management or customer service
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with file audits customer service and resident engagement
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Knowledge of property operations software including Outlook Internet Excel and Word
  • Current driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects guests and visitors upon arrival
  • Provide personalized experience focusing on care and convenience for residents
  • Engage with residents to build positive relationships and confirm expectations
  • Respond to resident complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Serve as communication center delivering community updates through portals and postings
  • Plan promote and coordinate resident events and activities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance resident satisfaction and service
