Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- ability to perform building walk throughs and manage reservations
- experience managing inventory and conducting package handling
- knowledge of local area attractions and concierge services
- proficient in customer service and guest relations
- ability to manage smart home systems
- strong communication and organizational skills
- capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment
- physically able to lift/push up to 15 pounds regularly and occasionally more than 45 pounds
- able to stand, stoop, bend, and walk up to 5 miles per shift
Job Qualifications
- At least 2+ years in residential leasing or sales with property management experience
- excellent sales, customer service, and public relations skills
- ability to drive customer satisfaction
- sales aptitude and ability to relate to people
- professional manner with positive attitude
- outgoing personality with community promotional skills
- articulate in sales and customer service
- excellent organization and time management
- strong influencing and closing abilities
- outstanding negotiation skills
- bilingual in Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Conducts building walk throughs to ensure proper use of amenity spaces and adherence to rules
- coordinates clubhouse reservations and monitors after-hours bookings
- manages Serenity Market inventory, pricing, and records expired items
- builds knowledge of local area attractions and maintains concierge materials
- checks packages in and out for residents
- provides pre-arrival support and guest correspondence for Airbnb program
- monitors Airbnb inquiries and coordinates housekeeping schedules
- manages smart home system access for guests
- conducts apartment walk-throughs prior to check-in
- delivers outstanding customer service to guests and residents
- assists guests proactively with follow-up
- maintains positive relationships with residents, vendors, and merchants
- supports marketing and sales with administrative tasks
- collaborates with community associates
- assists with resident event coordination and retention efforts
- performs additional duties as assigned
