Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience in community engagement, event planning, social services, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent telephone and oral communication skills
  • Manage time effectively
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks and work under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in community engagement, event planning, social services, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Preferred: 1-3 years of customer service and administrative experience
  • Preferred: Proficiency with RealPage, OneSite, or other similar industry software

Job Duties

  • Welcome new residents and explain community programs and services
  • Identify residents' assistance needs and educate them on available resources
  • Provide referrals and build relationships with local service providers
  • Promote educational and wellness activities to build community
  • Facilitate resident meetings, social and recreational activities
  • Prepare outreach materials and publish property newsletter
  • Enforce property rules and safety regulations, especially around the pool area
